2. Products
Riffblast offers original artworks, prints, apparel and other art-related products.
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.
Original artworks are unique pieces. Handmade items may show small variations or imperfections resulting from the artistic process and are part of the nature of the work.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Euro (€), unless otherwise indicated. The total price of the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs, is shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
Orders can be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.
After completing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, the customer will be informed and any amount already paid will be refunded.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Italy. Shipping costs, available destinations and delivery information are described on our Shipping page and shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal

Custom-made or clearly personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where useful, photographs of the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

All artworks, images, graphics, designs and other creative content displayed on riffblast.art remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

10. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
