RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our Contact page and clearly state that you wish to return your order, including your order number.
Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Once the return has been received, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that it has been shipped back.
Custom-made or clearly personalised artworks are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
